A NOTE BEFORE READING: It is important to specify that, for purposes of this article, when I am talking about theology, I will be using such a term within the Christian context and framework. Theology, simply put, is the “study of God,” and as one may know, there are many religions throughout the world that believe in a ‘god’. I must also state that I am not conflating theology and religious studies in this article — although the two can overlap at times, I have no intention to go into in-depth details about either.
